3. Use of Inferrix Services
Users agree to use Inferrix services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
You agree not to:

- Attempt to bypass security controls or device protections
- Reverse-engineer or copy proprietary software or firmware
- Misuse, resell or redistribute platform access without permission
- Upload harmful code, malware or disruptive content
- Interfere with the stability, availability or performance of the platform
4. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To access certain Inferrix services, users may be required to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must notify Inferrix immediately of unauthorised access.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Inferrix hardware, software, cloud systems, documentation, branding, designs, algorithms, dashboards, firmware and APIs remain the exclusive property of Inferrix Limited.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or recreate any part of Inferrix solutions without prior written permission.
6. Software, Firmware and Cloud Platform Licensing
Inferrix grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Inferrix Cloud and associated software strictly for authorised purposes.
Users may not:
- Access or modify backend source code
- Develop competing solutions using Inferrix intellectual property
- Clone, replicate, or reproduce Inferrix dashboards or firmware
7. Data Ownership and Privacy
Customers retain ownership of operational data generated by their devices and sites.
By using our services, you grant Inferrix permission to process, store and analyse telemetry for:
- Platform operation
- Analytics and AI insights
- Improving performance and reliability
- Troubleshooting and support
All data is processed according to Inferrix privacy policies and compliance standards.
8. Service Availability & Updates
Inferrix aims to provide stable and continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Inferrix may perform updates, improvements, or maintenance without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inferrix is not responsible for damages arising from:
- Loss of data
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Incorrect device installation or site conditions
- Third-party integrations or networks
- User misconfiguration or misuse
Inferrix provides services “as is” without warranties unless expressly stated.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
Inferrix makes no guarantees regarding performance, uptime, or compatibility unless agreed in writing. Users acknowledge that IoT systems depend on third-party networks, environmental conditions, and installation quality.
11. Suspension or Termination
Inferrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or platform access for:

- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment (if applicable)
- Abuse or misuse of the system
12. Third-Party Integrations
Inferrix may integrate with third-party systems. Users accept that Inferrix is not responsible for the performance, failure, or policies of third-party tools or platforms.
