This page explains the proper use of Inferrix trademarks and the way we reference third party brands. By using Inferrix names, logos and symbols, you agree to follow these guidelines and any additional instructions that Inferrix may provide in writing.
1. Ownership of Inferrix Trademarks
Inferrix Limited and its affiliates own and control all rights in and to Inferrix trademarks, service marks and logos. These marks identify Inferrix products and services, and they reflect the reputation and quality associated with the Inferrix brand.
Inferrix trademarks may only be used in accordance with this policy and any applicable agreements between you and Inferrix.
2. Examples of Inferrix Trademarks
The following are examples of Inferrix trademarks and service marks. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive, and may change over time as additional marks are adopted or registered.

Note: The absence of a particular mark from this list does not mean that it is not an Inferrix trademark or that it is in the public domain.
3. Proper Use of Inferrix Trademarks
When referring to Inferrix products or services, please use our trademarks correctly and in a way that is consistent with their role as brand identifiers. Proper use helps protect the value and integrity of the Inferrix brand.
3.1 General guidelines
- Use the correct spelling of each trademark.
- Use Inferrix trademarks as adjectives followed by a generic noun where appropriate, for example: “Inferrix Cloud platform” or “Inferrix wireless sensors”.
- Distinguish Inferrix marks from surrounding text by using capital letters or bold styling.
- Use Inferrix trademarks only in reference to genuine Inferrix products and services.
3.2 Uses that require written permission
You must obtain express written permission from Inferrix before you:
- Use any Inferrix logo or graphical mark.
- Include Inferrix trademarks in your company, product or service name.
- Register domain names that include Inferrix trademarks or confusingly similar terms.
- Create marketing materials that imply a formal partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by Inferrix.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Inferrix trademarks in a way that could mislead people, damage the brand or suggest a relationship that does not exist.
- Do not use Inferrix trademarks in a way that suggests your products are made by, sponsored by or officially endorsed by Inferrix if that is not the case.
- Do not alter, distort or modify Inferrix logos or names in any way.
- Do not combine Inferrix trademarks with your own brand names in a single product or service name.
- Do not use Inferrix trademarks in a derogatory, misleading or unlawful manner.
5. Fair and Accurate References to Inferrix
You may make accurate, factual references to Inferrix products and services in documentation, compatibility statements, reviews and educational materials. In such cases:
- Use the correct full product or service name where possible.
- Do not suggest that Inferrix has tested or certified your product unless this is true and documented.
- Include appropriate context that makes your relationship to Inferrix clear, for example “works with Inferrix solutions” or “integrates with Inferrix Cloud” where applicable.
6. Third Party Trademarks
Inferrix solutions may interact with or reference third party technologies, standards and brands. Examples can include communication protocols, devices or cloud platforms.
All third party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names by Inferrix or on Inferrix websites:
- Is for identification and descriptive purposes only.
- Does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless clearly stated.
7. No License Granted
Except as expressly described in this policy or in a separate written agreement with Inferrix, nothing on this page grants any license or right to use Inferrix trademarks. Any unauthorised use may violate trademark laws and other applicable regulations.
8. Updates to This Trademarks Page
Inferrix may update this Trademarks page from time to time, for example to add new marks or clarify usage guidelines. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Continued use of Inferrix trademarks after such updates means that you accept the revised guidance.
